1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item (product, size, or variant).
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may request photo/video evidence to process the claim. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For eligible cases, return shipping is free. Our support team will provide a prepaid return label and instructions after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pet hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please submit a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@baltcrow.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
