What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Start a return by emailing support@baltcrow.com. Please see our full policy: Return & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay, and PayPal. Availability can vary by region and device.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (usually within 1–3 business days). If you need a change or cancellation, contact us ASAP at support@baltcrow.com with your order number. If an order has already shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., the EU, and select international destinations. Duties/taxes may apply depending on your country (see “Customs & taxes” below).
How long does shipping take?
Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on location and product. Remote areas may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Full details: Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Use the tracking link in your shipping email or visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number. If tracking isn’t updating within 48–72 hours, contact us at support@baltcrow.com.
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for measurement tips and size charts for apparel, harnesses, and carriers. When in doubt, measure your pet’s chest, neck, and back length and compare with the chart on the product page.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry! Email support@baltcrow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Are your materials safe for pets?
We curate products made from pet-safe, durable materials. Always supervise first use and check for wear and tear regularly, especially with chewers and active pets.
Do items ship together?
To speed up delivery, items may ship from different facilities. You can receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for the same order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Email us immediately at support@baltcrow.com. If it already shipped, address changes aren’t guaranteed; we’ll help with next steps.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
How do discounts and promo codes work?
Enter your promo code at checkout before payment. Most codes can’t be combined. If a code isn’t working, verify spelling, expiration, and product eligibility or contact us.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations. They’re delivered via email and can be redeemed at checkout like any other payment method.
How do I care for and clean products?
See care instructions on each product page. Many soft goods are hand-wash or gentle-cycle washable; air-dry recommended. For carriers and bowls, wipe with mild, pet-safe cleaners.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please request a return within 30 days and place a new order for the size or color you need. Details: Returns & Refunds.
How can I contact support?
Email us at support@baltcrow.com. We typically reply within 2 hours (Mon–Sun).
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
In most cases yes, but some bulky items or carriers may require a physical address. If in doubt, email us before ordering.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We prioritize long-lasting, pet-safe materials and minimal packaging when possible. Look for eco notes on product pages.
